Climate: The whole territories from west to east are tropical desert, highlands and tropical rainforest climate. The western of Peru is a tropical desert, steppe climate, dry and mild; the central is very large temperature changes.

Iron Ore Properties: Peruvian iron ore is an integral part of the circum-Pacific belt of metal products, the mining area not only has large iron ore deposits, but also has copper resources reserves. Iron ore proven reserves are 784 million tons in Peru and probable reserves are 635 million tons. Total are 1.42 billion tons with an average grade of Fe is 54.1%.Peruvian iron ore grades is up to 56%, with an average of 0.12% copper and  0.042% cobalt. The disadvantage is the higher sulfur content.

Production line Description:After stone blasting, collect a windrow. By the loading car put the stone that less than1200mm into the vibrating feeder, vibrating feeder evenly put into hydraulic gyratory crusher to crush stone for the first broken. After rough broken stone size is 255mm-300mm around. Next, these materials will be transported by conveyor belt into the H series hydraulic multi-cylinder cone crusher for the second broken. Then through the round vibrating sieve, some big stones will return to the H series hydraulic multi-cylinder cone crusher again, others will be sent to the third broken also by H series hydraulic multi-cylinder cone crusher. This is the last link of broken process. This part of the finished material through circular vibrating screen classification screening. More than the finished material will back into the H series hydraulic multi-cylinder cone crusher broken again. Else meeting the requirements of stone will be transported by belt conveyor to the finished product area.

Then the meterial will be sent to the benefication stage.
